SKN TO SKN was born from frustration at the lack of pregnancy-safe facial skincare products on the market. Founder Sara struggled with her skin during both her pregnancies and felt confused and overwhelmed about what skincare products to use that were safe and effective. Sara noticed a gap in the market for facial skincare products that were not only pregnancy-safe but had active ingredients that actually helped tackle the skin issues women faced during these hormonal shifts.
With a newborn and a toddler in tow, Sara founded SKN TO SKN alongside leading consultant dermatologists and GPs and created the first active skincare brand formulated for all stages of motherhood. Boots also recognised the gap in the market and became SKN TO SKNs retail partner, stocking the full range in 183 stores across the UK and Ireland from day 1. SKN TO SKN is now available in over 200 Boots stores and in 40 independent pharmacy chains across Ireland. Sara created all of this as a solo founder whilst raising 2 little girls, Harper (3) and Willow (5).
