All raw material supply chains are certified by the Union for Ethical Bio Trade, which verifies that biodiversity is conserved, ingredients are sourced sustainably, and that all partners along the supply chain are treated equitably and paid fairly.
A trio of fragrance-free Baby Derma products to nourish, soothe and smooth – from the original natural baby range WELEDA – that has been specially formulated for babies with hypersensitive and dry skin prone to irritation and eczema. There’s a protective nappy cream, nourishing body lotion and hydrating facial cream. The top quality range is certified natural and is free from synthetic preservatives, mineral oils, colourants or artificial additives of any kind. It’s made with skin-smoothing organic White Mallow, protective coconut oil, and soothing wild pansy to relieve itching. The range was developed with midwives and skincare experts and has been dermatologically-tested for suitability for delicate baby skin. Organic White Mallow is rich in soothing, mucilaginous substances, and selected for its outstanding emollient, protective properties. This is combined with extract of wild pansy, another famous skin-soother. Skin-friendly organic plant oils offer intensive care and provide a protective barrier. Organic coconut oil, sourced sustainably from the Philippines, is rich in saturated fats which protect against moisture loss, and a source of vitamin E which is essential for healthy skin repair.
This is combined with organic sesame oil, rich in nourishing fatty acids and protective vitamin E, plus organic sweet almond oil, which is renowned for being well tolerated by all skin types, contains precious omega 6 and 9 fatty acids, and is highly effective at protecting skin against moisture loss. Containing neither essential oils nor synthetic perfume, the products have the subtle scent of coconut. The recyclable packaging is made rPET bottles (from recycled plastic), aluminium tubes, and cartons of FSC board made from recycled fibre.
