Best Maternity Brand or Product: Babyopathy Routine In The Womb Pure Essential Oil

The Routine in the Womb campaign was developed by Babyopathy to encourage expectant mums to know their baby’s unique pattern of movement and rest in the womb, and to be more aware of the negative impact that stress can have on mother and baby.

Stress is one of biggest factors that can increase risks during pregnancy – and this includes stress at work. Our Routine in the Womb essential oil blend has been developed specifically to support relaxation and help you de-stress. It can used at any time of the day to help you relax and unwind, whether that be through meditation, mindfulness, yoga, a walk in the park or simply reading a book!

The essential oil is blended with 100% pure Roman Chamomile, Neroli and Frankincense.

Roman Chamomile is wonderfully soothing and calming for the emotions and is particularly good for anxiety, stress and tension and supporting more restful sleep.

Neroli is excellent for calming the nerves, anxiety and lifting the mood. It is ideal as a meditation aid and can also be helpful for insomnia.

Frankincense is often used during meditation and prayer to quieten and focus the mind. It slows down and deepens the breathing, helping your mind and body relax and unwind.

How to use our Routine in the Womb essential oil:

We recommend using 2-3 drops in an aromatherapy diffuser or 2 drops on a diffuser necklace or bracelet to support your relaxation activity.

Babyopathy is all about mum being relaxed and positive, as simple as that! Pregnancy and motherhood have gathered stressful associations through negative press and social media coverage. Parenting isn’t perfect but negativity is impacting on the wellbeing of both mother and baby! My aim with Babyopathy is to reclaim motherhood and make pregnancy, birth and baby’s first years relaxed, positive and contented – something to be enjoyed, even though things can go wrong and it’s a tough journey.
