All of our favourite things for parents and kids this month…
Clary & Peg
The new collection from pre and post-natal brand Clary & Peg has landed and there’s lots of gorgeous pieces. Everything can be worn during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and beyond. We love this super-wide fitting jumpsuit and this easy-to-wear gingham dress.
Danish childrenswear brand Wheat has opened its first London store in Islington Square on Upper Street. It’s a really beautiful space, with a little nook for children to play in whilst you have a browse. We wanted everything when we visited! This beautiful floral jersey dress and cosy pair of hiker-style boots are high up on our wishlist right now. Established in 2002, Wheat’s timeless Scandinavian designs are available for little ones aged 0-12.
Töastie X Tiba + Marl
Children’s adventure brand Töastie has teamed up with changing bag brand Tiba + Marl. Töastie’s best-selling Cloud Onesie is available in two of Tiba + Marl’s signature prints – mono and camo. This cool collab features a soft sherpa lined hood and fleece mitts to keep your little one super snuggly during the miserable weather. We’ll take one of each please!
We love the new AW collection from childrens footwear brand Bobux. Look out for new colour ways of their best selling styles – including their heritage Jodhpur boot (a solid favourite of ours!). Podiatrist approved, all of Bobux’s shoes are designed to reflect the shape and needs of kids’ feet through the different stages of their development.
Jojo Maman Bebe
Jojo Maman Bébé has lots of super cute wooden toys in their Christmas shop. This little garage and vegetable set will inspire hours of imaginative play.
We’re obsessed with everything from the beautiful Lacuna Child collection. There’s lots of gorgeous pieces coming that aren’t online yet, but in the meantime, one of our favourites has to be this beautiful reversible gilet. It comes in both mini and mama size, so that you can twin with your little one! Absolutely gorgeous, we love that it’s gender-neutral.
Playing for Peace Toys
Playing for Peace Toys are made in a factory near to Lviv in Ukraine. 500 women and men are working hard to make the super cute toys from eco-friendly sugarcane bio-plastic – despite the war that is ravaging their country around them. All profits are being donated to support the vital work that War Child is doing across the world, working with local charities giving support to children who are suffering physically and mentally from the effects of war.
Award-winning electronic learning toy brand VTech have released a list of their top toys for Christmas. Among them is this 4-in-1 Tummy Time Fawn which has multiple textures, patterns, and colours for visual and tactile stimulation.
